This is the first time I ever felt worse emotionally after a massage. I was berated repeatedly for not being able to fully relax my neck and shoulders even though I was trying. I spent the last 30 minutes crying on and off because of the frustration Marsha caused me. Worst massage ever. I do not recommend! I basically shut down afterwards and am still emotionally raw.

In response to your response: I was not pushing against you with all my strength. For you to say so is ridiculous. I hope your rationalization makes you feel better. I wound up in flight or fight mode and you kept making it worse. Your apology wasn't an apology at all. All you did was complain again!!!

After 12 months of struggling with neck pain and range of motion issues I began getting massages with Marsha and I'm so glad I did. Her knowledge of the muscular system and spine is amazing. She knew exactly where my deepest pain was and detected vertebrae that were out of alignment. She pinpointed specific muscle issues and worked to bring me healing and relief. Started Late. Ended Early. Did not assist in repositioning previously discussed injured extremities during the massage. Rushed to redress after the massage. This was the end of the day with no other patients waiting. Rude and uncaring demeanor. Did not offer any water. Worst massage in a 60 year old's lifespan. Avoid.
