The one message I did get was incredible would rate 5* but I have booked 3 appointments in the last 2 weeks and 2 got canceled.
I wouldn’t care that much if my appointment today wasn’t canceled 15 minutes before my appointment.
Extremely frustrated I have to get time off work for this and I drive to the place was in the parking lot when I get the call to tell me the appointment is canceled.
Don’t get me wrong I understand people get sick but come on 15 minutes before my appointment which we are supposed to be there 15 minutes early for. Like if I canceled my appointment today not even 15 minutes before hand but this morning I would still be charged for the message.

Highly recommend this place, the front desk staff is very pleasant to deal with. Emily is an exceptional massage therapist! Her expertise goes beyond just giving a relaxing massage. During my session, she provided invaluable insights by suggesting stretches and even using charts to explain trigger points. I truly felt cared for and informed throughout the experience. Booked massage appointment twice and got cancelled the day of the appointment twice!!! Shouldn’t have booked it the second time!! Waste of time! Would have leave Zero star!!!

This was my first time booking with Massage Experts. I booked with Alison Gale who was absolutely phenomenal. Alison focused on all areas that I have troubles with. Alison was funny, knowledgable and made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend booking with Alison! The Receptionist was also amazing. 🙂

I had been struggling with low back/hip issues for over a year. I've had several massages at another clinic without any progress. After one session I can lift my leg, move more normally and do squats again! Best of all I am able to put socks on myself again without struggling. Grateful to say the least.

It was the customer service I received from the initial booking of the appointment to the end the massage and send off. Therapist was amazing! I felt very comfortable with her and she did an amazing workout on my tense muscles! Highly recommend!

The initial visit was great. The therapist explained everything to me. Laid out a plan for future appointments. I booked my next two appointments for the following two Saturdays. Half an hour before my second appointment they called to cancel. The next Saturday I was on the parking lit, five minutes before my appointment time when they called to cancel. I needed evenings or weekends and they were “able” to accommodate. Sadly they lost my business.

Kelly was very friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable and calm my entire visit while clearly explaining everything that she was going to do. My back genuinely feels better after just one visit, I can't wait to have another. I have already recommended her to friends!
