I got my first Hot Stone massage from Michelle & it was perfect! I received a warm welcome coming in & was offered hot tea or water. Michelle checked in often to make sure pressure and heat from the stones was good. Conversation was good & I have no complaints.

Very relaxing. Wish their website explained things a bit better and recommended what things go well with others. Sara was fantastic. When asked about a tip when I finished paying I said yes cause why not, I just didn’t realize I would also apply a tip to the cost of the sauna and rain shower I took ? which no body really did, and the things people did do for that should have already been factored into the cost that I paid for. But outside of that it was good.

What a wonderful place to escape for the day.
Kiki made my face and muscles feel restored and relaxed.
The steam sauna was rejuvenating.
My nail girl Avi ( I’m hoping I’m saying man’s spelling it right) made my first manicure experience feel like home.

I had a pretty good experience here for a deep tissue massage on a Friday evening. My masseuse was very nice & talked just enough lol. The place was pretty clean but up front there was like a wet dog smell as I was leaving. I didn't smell it when I first came in so it was odd. Overall a good experience though

I had the GlowNFlow from Chaz. He was amazing!! He made sure I was completely comfortable the whole time and gave the best massage! Alyssa gave me my facial…again amazing! My face is glowing. I highly recommend Spa on Penn

I got a 90 min couples massage here and unfortunately it was the worst massage I’ve ever gotten. Forget a massage, they just hold a few pressure points the entire time and it felt like a total waste. The masseuse also coughed the entire time without wearing a mask or excusing herself. Would not recommend and will not go back.

I had an amazing time at this Spa. The steam room and hydrotherapy bath were amazing and my massage I got lol boy Cardon knock it out of the universe! Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my birthday and first spa experience an experience that I’ll never forget.?

This place is amazing, the artwork, decor, and the building alone are worth booking here! I did the hyrotub and steam sauna which was so relaxing. I’m going to book a facial here and massage next time, can’t wait to spend more time in this beautiful spa!!
