I am a 73 year old woman who came to Post by Baaden with significant back and hip pain about 10 days ago. The massages that I have received have worked miracles on my body. I am no longer dependent on pain medication to get me through the day.
My range of motion is much improved and I am in a better place physically and mentally. I would highly recommend anyone who is having mobility issues to try this.

Being a Registered Nurse, I tread carefully into alternative care. But going to Body by Baaden, I wish I had jumped in much sooner! She has an amazing knowledge of anatomy, very professional, and very kind and accommodating. Her treatments were planned just for me and my issues and she explains her plans clearly as we go.
I had a probable impinged nerve and her work on it brought quick, miraculous results. I recommend her greatly. Don't wait!

Barbara was absolutely wonderful in every way possible! She helped me ease my anxiety and dizziness within only two sessions. Her kindness, strategies, and openness allowed me to find calmness within me that I haven’t been able to find in a very long time. Barbara is amazing. I wanted the massage to open up my lymph nodes system which would help with weight loss. After the first, I dropped a pound for the first time since the pandemic. My knees are better and I am sitting straight. My face looks younger by a decade. I have the energy to workout more. She even gave me some exercises with weights to incorporate into my routine. She has helped mitigate all the symptoms that come with hormonal changes. I would highly recommend her.

Barbara has tremendously helped me with scaring from a c-section. She performed a very thorough evaluation and provided a direct treatment plan where she kindly explained the process of the work she provides, as well as gave the space for questions in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Barbara is beyond talented in medical massage. I have had sciatica and IT band pain on and off for years and recently had a flare up. I was very impressed with her knowledge and abilities throughout my treatment. She was able to identify areas that had scar tissues/injury while working - before I could even tell her it felt different etc. As a medical person myself, I was so glad to hear her discuss nerves/muscles etc that were involved in my problem.

In addition to her knowledge - she does an incredible job. After just a few sessions I am feeling SO much better. Also, she is BEYOND FLEXIBLE to work around your schedule and TRULY CARES about your healing. She squeezed me in on 2 weekends to make sure I could get the care I needed.

I would highly recommend this company, as my daughter went here got much needed relief, then my wife went and she’s looking and feeling great! I came as I’ve had pain in my chest from running into a post when I was younger, she has been dealing with the scare tissue and man does it feel better. She works on my hands, as an electrician who’s worked in this field for over 40 years my hands hurt on a constant basis so mush as I bought ice gloves to help with the pain, with the work that’s been done on them, they no longer hurt and I haven’t use the gloves since I began! My biggest thing she’s helped with is I have been to two medical doctors, I ask them about a rash and they just like blew me off, one doctor said to stop itching. She looked at it told me exactly what I had and is helping me clear it up. Thank Body by Baaden!!
