Jay is that guy. I came in because I was having shoulder pain. He was very helpful and informative on what exactly he was going to do in order to get me back into the gym. His technique is excellent. With just a few sessions I began to feel better. I would 100% recommend him to anyone who needs to get straightened up.

Jay at Anatomy Mechanic is incredible! I’ve been going to a chiropractor for years. A snap here, a pop there and relief was felt. But only for a short time. Stretching and exercising became painful. My posture became more & more slouched. Nothing seemed to be working to make my body feel good again. Until I found Jay at Anatomy Mechanic. Jay is amazing! His initial consultation is thorough, he explains everything in an easy to follow manner. He identifies body & muscle weaknesses and addresses how to correct them. Each session with Jay is tailored to what my body needs at that time. The exercises are easy to do at home. No fancy equipment is needed. After a few sessions, I am already feeling better. My everyday aches & pains are either gone, or so minimal, I can actually forget about them. My only regret is I didn’t find Jay & Anatomy Mechanic sooner. If you have any body imbalance, give Anatomy Mechanic a call. You won’t regret it!!

Jay was recommended to me by a friend when I was at my absolute last straw. I’ve struggled with mobility issues and some pretty intense left side joint/muscle pain for years with no idea why, which was preventing me from doing the things I love (lifting weights/running/yoga) without pain. After seeing 5 physical therapists; some seeing multiple patients a time, and doctors who either couldn’t figure out what was going on or did not care, or told me I was just “anxious…” I was running out of options and hope that I could ever live my life without pain and just overall feeling like something was off (which worsened after a concussion.)

The therapeutic consultation with Jay was incredibly in depth, informative, patient, professional and extremely validating. He explained to me what was going on in a clear way that made sense to my struggling nervous system. For the first time I felt like someone in this industry actually saw me not only as a client but as a human being that just wanted to feel better and get back to doing what she loved in the gym. He offered a beyond thorough assessment of the body as a whole, and identified the root cause of every single symptom I came in with.

Now after one true training session I genuinely feel like I am finally on the right track with the in person sessions and the “homework” assigned. Jay is extremely passionate about what he does and really knows his stuff - clinically and intuitively. He is very personable which makes the overall experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommended his services.

I recommend Jay.
My older daughter fell during sports and hurt her knee. After multiple MRI's and going to physical therapy on and off for two years, it did not help AT all. My gf recommended Jay and we started seeing him in August. Within two sessions, my daughter's pain started to go away. Six months with him and she no longer has pain.
My younger daughter hurt her back in July. Within a month of seeing Jay, her back pain has alleviated.

In addition, Jay is personable and very flexible to make our sessions work every week.

I had rotator cuff surgery and ended up with nerve damage and frozen shoulder. Jay was able to help me regain 95% mobility in under a year. He's knowledgeable and caring. I believe he can help anyone in pain.

Josh is an amazing man. I started with him when he was just starting out. I'm from Illinois and we would do video chats meeting. I thought I was gunna have to get all kinds of fancy equipment, but Josh had many spinal restoration techniques that I could do with bo equipment. We met many times over video chst thought the month and he helped me so much. He also helped me though some personal stuff once I got to know him. He's a wonder amazing man and really knows his practice. Please apply with him today.

My journey before I came to Jay was very very long, many years of chronic shoulder pain that all started with a volleyball injury back in high school. I've tried years of PT, acupuncture, chiropractor, yoga, you name it. I found out about Anatomy Mechanic the same week that I started experiencing numbness in my right hand for the first time ever. Decided to give it a try since PT has never worked that well for me.

Unlike with PT, Jay looks at your whole body alignment and more often than not, the pain you feel in one place turns out to be caused by some misalignment somewhere totally different. He doesn't just treat one issue either, he wants to know about every little pain you have because chances are, they may be connected to each other. I had bad sciatic pain anytime I would drive my car and within 2 visits, my sciatica was gone and I never get it even when driving for very long periods of time now. My hand numbness took a longer time to fix but now it's all gone, too!

The best part is that Jay makes you more aware of the root cause of your issues so that you can fix them and be conscious of them in your daily life. I am a mural painter and would get terrible shoulder pain after painting all day before Jay told me that I must be leaning over to one side too much while working. Next time I painted, I intentionally tried to lean the opposite way or stay more upright and I didn't get any shoulder pain that day. I couldn't believe it worked so well but it did. This guy knows what he's talking about, I recommend him to everyone.

Jay was recommended by a friend back in Dec. I was desperate for relief since I spend a lot of time standing on hard cement and tile for long periods of time. It does nothing for my back and legs. My chiropractor helped but was a quick fix, never really solving the problem. Before I started with Anthony, it would literally take my body 4-5 days to start to feel better. Since he has been working on my problem areas, a good night's sleep and some exercises, and I'm feeling pretty darn good by the morning. I am so thankful I found him.
