Had two wonderful massages today from Emma and Highland. I went with a friend and we were able to have our massages side by side in a room together. Emma was very good and we could both tell that they had great technique and paid attention to areas of our bodies that really needed attention like my back and my friend’s shoulder. Can’t wait to be back!!

While my son was in school on the weekends when I would come up to visit I made it a point to come get a massage they are very relaxing thank you and it was my daughter that recommended this place!!!

If you think consoling means telling me that my tip of over 20% was not that much. You need to brush up on your people skills. I don't want free services or the option not to tip. I want to pay for my services purchased and tip based off of the services given. And then not be taken advantage of by dishonest, fraudulent people behind my back who I think have been doing this to people more often than caught. *10/9/23*

Honest Review:
If you are looking for "extra services" I personally was not offered them. But I would not be surprised if this was one of those places. Thats not my complaint. I am a tensed up momma that lives nearby this place that was looking for a firm massage because I am tight. The lady working did a wonderful massage. I went home and planned to return.

I left satisfied with the purchase of a 1hr full body massage for $65 with the 4% credit card fee additional charge of $2.60 and I had tipped her $5 on the card writing in a total of $73.60 mistakenly. So $6.00. Then an additional $10 cash after the massage as that's why I didn't tip her the full amount before service. But in the end leaving her over 20% for her tip. Well the masseuse left herself a $20.00 tip. Claiming my 5 looked like a 2.I don't know where the third zero came from. That wasn't answered. But then when I told her that in service industry you never go by the tip number. You always go by the total. The total confirms the tip number. So she should have charged me the written total $73.60 rather than $87.60. This is shady business practice.

The boss believes the girl to have mistakenly done this. But I believe differently and did tell both the boss and the lady who did the massage that I do not believe them considering the amount of reviews with similar complaints listed here under Google reviews.

Check your charges. Always. Don't trust anybody. People can be devious.I believe this to be the case here. Watch yourself.

The massage was great, but when I asked how to leave a tip, the woman kept yelling “we’re busy, we’re busy!”. I was the only person in there. I’m now freezing on their front steps because I felt so uncomfortable. What a waste.
