I have been seeing Tania Hamidnejad for few years now, ever since I became her “practice patient” when she was studying to become RMT I have seen the tremendous talent this young lady has. From that point she was my savior in many ways, whether it is to deal with tight muscles, or training related release or getting my muscles look incredibly separated on the stage during my competitions. I have referred to her a lot of my clients and we were successfully able to get rid of most muscle related issues in a record speed. I still am seeing her on regular bases for the maintenance of my muscles and facia. She is definitely so far the best RMT I have worked with.

A very thorough hot stone massage which I had never experienced before. It was great! Shawna is clearly an experienced massage therapist and has honed her craft very well. Atmosphere is relaxing and the hour was packed with massage without extraneous chat or discussion that I’ve experienced in most of my other massage experiences. Highly recommend!

Shawna is an amazing person as well as a massage therapist! My mom and I have been seeing her for years for our migraines, and she works magic! Shawna is the best. I’ve been seeing her for a few months and suffer from chronic headaches and neck/shoulder pain. After each session I feel like a new person and her massages have been a life saver.
