First time at this location and I’d love too recognize Christine, booking online was pretty challenging with a gift card. For some reason I wasn’t able too use my gift card and receive the pricing with same day booking. Christine was able too help me over the phone and book the appointment which I really appreciate so shoutout too you Christine, you’re awesome! Upon arriving the check-in process was fairly easy and I seated in the waiting area. I won’t mention the masseuse because I understand we all have our days and the actual massage was good. I was approached by the masseuse, she greeted me but didn’t really seem like she wanted too be bothered. I then checked in the room and began my massage. The massage was great and I greatly appreciated that she washed her hands before beginning. I would’ve gave five starts but at the end of the massage I was asked if I would like a water, I responded with yes please ; just too never receive it and I proceeded to the front to get it myself. Which is absolutely no problem, but why ask and not follow through? I thought that was very distasteful. That really tampered a good experience, I only gave four stars because Christine was great otherwise I would’ve left three.

Hand and stone has well trained esthetician and depending on who you get, your experience will be over the top. The last time I had a facial my face felt incredible and I glowed for days.

I went to Hand & Stone for a facial with Krystal. She was awesome. She is highly skilled and very knowledgeable. When in Kissimmee, make sure to make an appointment with Krystal. I highly recommend her.

Voy todos los meses y me hago el mismo procedimiento pero esta vez me lo hicieron más fuerte de lo normal solo me dieron una crema en un posillo estoy muy desepcionada y mi cara muy inflamada ya lleva 3 días y no mejora

Customer service súper disgusted, my son buy the certificate now she don’t want guarantee certificate, the lady in front with long hair, super rude , mocking, with a professional ethic 0, While I'm outside writing this, another person comes out and found the number and offers me the service. The other one continues to rudely mock me. Today my daughters who have membership here will proceed to cancel it.
