The facility was very clean, and staff was friendly. I just got out of my Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Andria and I feel so much better! I didn't realize just how much fluid was hanging out in my face and I could feel the sinuses and face begin to drain before we were done. She is a kind, professional, and skilled LMT. As a fellow LMT, I am very impressed. I am coming back next month to keep the positive momentum! Thank you again!

Excellent experience all around; Ben was very professional, on time, checked in with me throughout the massage to ensure he was using the right pressure and that I was comfortable. I had come in seeking to relax after a long week, probably more like a month, therefore I have not pointed out any specific areas of concern and just closed my eyes to relax. He skillfully worked on my body, quickly pointing out to stress areas, which he was able to address, leaving me feeling not only relaxed but also walking away with less tension in my body. I would highly recommend and use his services in the future!

Mom of 2 in her mid-30s with not one Yoga class under her belt. I am OVERLY JOYED to say that my first experience with Katy Woods was the BEST! She was professional, polite, kind, welcoming, and totally put my mind at ease (I was basically radiating nervousness when I walked in the door, ha!). The space has right ambiance and Katy immediately gave me confidence, without even telling me, that I can do this! The positions/poses/stretches were perfect. She even went around the room at time to assist myself and others which was great. I took this class on a suggestion from a friend and I will definitely be back. I even had a good nights sleep, taboot!

I’ve had several massages with Ben. He is amazing and very attentive to your comfort and any aches and pains you may be experiencing. The office is clean, calming and very comfortable. Staff members are extremely friendly and helpful.

Abigail did an amazing deep tissue massage. She really paid attention to the spots I mentioned, and I left being able to turn my neck all the way to both sides! She made sure I was always comfortable, and did a fantastic job. I will be seeing her again!
