I highly recommend Claire. I went to her after I overused and abused certain muscles while skiing, causing severe pain in my right thigh and hip flexors. After my first session of the Athlete's RX Massage with Claire, I had substantially less pain. I continued to have less pain and build back strength and balance with additional sessions. I think Claire is very skilled at identifying and treating muscle groups that are causing pain. I'm very grateful to Claire.

I'm SO grateful I found Claire! She has a deep understanding of massage therapy and is and in-tune with all the touch points to relive pain and tension. She's extremely intentional with her healing and as someone with scoliosis and recent tweak in my neck and shoulder blade, Claire has helped with my alignment, and has offered mobility and strengthening exercise suggestions. I will recommend her to anyone and everyone! You need to experience her magic!

I've had quite a few massages before - some good, some not so much. However, the massage I received recently was hands down one of the best I've ever experienced. After completing a 5-section hike on the Colorado trail, my wife suggested I get a massage to help loosen up my tight muscles. Let me tell you, it was an incredible gift. The masseuse, Claire, clearly knows her craft and is highly skilled at identifying and applying the necessary techniques to reset my muscles. She was very generous with her time and focused on the areas that needed special attention - there were quite a few! I was so impressed with Claire's skills that I wouldn't hesitate to make the drive from Castle Rock to Frisco again to benefit from her exceptional care. I highly recommend her services and I'm afraid it will be difficult to find anyone as skilled as she is. Looks like I will be making special trips to Frisco just for her!

My Galentine's Day treat this year was an amazing massage that left me feeling like a new person. Claire totally got what I needed and took her time to make sure I felt great. She worked out all the knots and tension, from a fall I took skiing, leaving me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. It was the perfect way to pamper myself on this special day. I'll definitely be back for more! Highly recommend!

Claire is knowledgeable, talented and caring. She hones in on trouble spots and takes time to work them out. She checked in throughout the massage and made me feel taken care of. I found myself relaxing as she worked out areas of tension, but she still maintained solid pressure. Thanks, Claire!

Her intentional work is both thorough and thoughtful- she approaches the body with the mind of an anatomical sleuth while still allowing for deep relaxation and reset, which is just what I need. I cannot say enough good things about Claire's sessions! On top of being incredibly generous with her time and knowledge, she is a mindful and caring practitioner in how she approaches your individual needs. Every time I get off her table, I am astounded at how different my body feels and moves. Would recommend her to folks who lead an active lifestyle and need some R&R for their muscles and would recommend her to folks who simply need a relaxing hour. She does it all!
