Last year I had torn muscles in my shoulder that restricted my movement and sleep. I was skeptical at first as I thought it was due to getting older and an injury that couldn't be fixed such as joint pain. I was wrong! After first visit Melissa had shoulder back to 50% and after a few more visits the pain diminished completely. This isn't just a review, it's a thank you to the team.

I have been to Lakeland Medical Massage three times, and can honestly say Adrianna is the Best!. After our first session she seemed to know exactly where my problem areas were, and how to address them making me feel so much better. Every time I visit Lakeland Medical Message I am amazed by how much better my body feels. Melissa is so knowledgeable and has amazing bedside manner. She explains everything she’s doing so you can understand why she’s doing it. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a real massage that focuses on what their body specifically needs as opposed to a “spa” massage that’s a one size fits all. Really enjoyed my lymphatic massage. I had a C-section and read that a lymphatic massage could help with the healing process. After my first session I noticed a decrease in puffiness in my lower belly. I did a second session and saw more improvements.
