I had a frustrating experience on October 24, 2024, trying to purchase a $100 gift card via Website. After multiple attempts with my credit cards, I received payment failure messages but was still charged for each card.
I did not authorize these charges since the transactions were never completed. When I reached out, I was told, "As noted in the email last week, there are no processed transactions on our end under your name, email, or date. If there are no transactions on our end, there is nothing to refund." They really need to look at their credit card auth provider clover in regards of that and not charge clients of their failed transaction - it is really unethical and to be taken into consideration

I think they need to check their phone systems, I spent hours n hours of trying to call each departments 3/4 times I called it would ring then automatically hang up, thankfully when calling client care I left a voicemail, a couple hours later, I heard back.

I just think it is a little unprofessional for such a large company to have poor ways of communication like so I think this could use some improvement

I would not recommend going to this location not very clean. The therapist may be great but the owner not very friendly or helpful. He also is not taking care of his employees especially front desk employees. Many times customers get mad at the front desk, but rules and regulations that they have to share with customers stems down from the owner who is always trying to save some money, and not think of others. So, please remember,that the employees are just doing what they’re told. Not being treated fairly either.

I'm just going to concentrate one ONE issue and that is your motto. "Experience quality therapeutic massage without the high price tag." This is a blatant lie! You have the HIGHEST price tag for a massage in GTHA! $124 with tax is high when the insurance company generally pays $88, which is 70%. A more reasonable price would be $95 to $98.75 which is what most massage clinics charge. You are enriching yourselves on the backs of Ontarians, plain and simple!!!

I’ve been trying to reach someone at corporate since last week and no one returns emails or voicemails. I’ve tried calling multiple departments to see if someone would answer and help out but nothing! This is very poor customer service for any business, especially when you receive an automatic email stating that… your concerns will be answered within 48 business hours and about a week later still no response.

The front desk staff was wonderful. Unfortunately I had issue with my masseuse. Definitely not the experience I so badly needed. 🙁

The website was easy to navigate and the staff over the phone very friendly. Have not booked my appointment yet but looking forward to my visit at Massage Addict
