Had a one hour foot massage appointment confirmed. Show up, no one greets me for 15 minutes. A woman comes out, ignores me, and a few minutes later tells me to leave because she’s too busy. No one was there. I show her my appointment confirmation and she walks away without saying anything. Gets on the phone, comes back ten minutes later and tells me it’ll be ten minutes. An hour after my scheduled appointment I’m taken to a back room, then moved to another room where they didn’t even know how to turn on the lights. We confirmed I’m there for a foot massage multiple times and they ask me if I want my face and head done, I say no, they do it anyway and put this horribly strong synthetic oil on my face after I said no repeatedly. Then as she’s putting oil all throughout my hair they increase the price from what I booked for. Argued with me as I’m showing them the price on the reservation, telling me I’m wrong and raising their voices. I walked out. Fraudulently raising the price after making me wait an hour passed my appointment, and I’m fairly certain none of them are licensed

Staff is friendly every time I go in. I'm giving them a 3 star because the past 3 times I went I paid for a 1 hour massage and I get 45 minutes or less of actual massage. So just a heads up if you decide to go here the 1 hour massage is never an hour.

Absolutely the most horrible massage I have ever had. My husband and I both had an hour massage - if that's what you want to call it. Not relaxing AT ALL. I felt very awkward bc she completely removed the towel covering me and her hands got very close to areas I did not want massaged. When she left the room for a few minutes to argue with a client, I covered myself with the towel again. When she came back, she tried to remove it, but I asked for her to keep it there..... But a couple minutes later, she completely removed it again. My husband called for me from the hallway bc he had had enough, and I didn't disagree.

Best massage I have ever received in my life. Highly recommend the 60 minute with hot stones. You will regret not coming here. The ladies are SUPER sweet and attentive. My mobility improved and she got all of the knots out of my back!

My husband and I came here during our honeymoon and it was fantastic. It’s definitely an intense, yet relaxing experience. The women are very knowledgeable in the certain areas of the body that require certain attention. The price for a couples massage is definitely worth what you’re getting

Don’t bother making or booking an appointment online. They won’t service you. The place was empty, the 2 ladies who spoke no English said basically they are busy and can’t help us. No one was there and the 2 ladies weren’t busy at all. They weren’t doing anything! I think this place is sketch and is just a front for some sus activities.

Did a 60 mins "cold oil rub", not the worst I had, definitely not the best.
!! Be sure to check the clock when they start, because she walked out like 5 times for no reason and tried shorten my time by 10 mins.
