First off I would like to say the location is easy to find and provides free parking, the room was VERY clean and had tranquil music to add to the relaxing ambiance.
My Massage practitioner was Emmy, very diligent and thorough; utilizing lotion as her choice of tool.
I went in for a 60 minute relaxing massage mainly focusing on my scalp, shoulders and upper back. Emmy had a good grasp on Swedish techniques, targeting all the requested areas, she even put in a little bit of reflexology on my fingers as a little bonus.
The only reason I can’t give it anymore than 4 stars is due to the fact that she was the only worker present at the location. She was answering phone calls by the front desk while also providing the massage, definitely NOT ideal but was understandable due to the issues of being understaffed. Went in for 60 minutes but really only had like 45 minutes of body work until the next client arrived.
Emmy worked diligently to appease my Massage as well as addressing future clients that were calling on the phone, a hard worker, that definitely deserves a raise for the amount of hustle she does.
Worth coming back to if they can solve the front desk situation.

Terrace Park Suites

On my last visit, Linda performed my massage. She was very polite and spoke great English. She is a new masseuse there. She gives a great massage, but she cut the time much shorter than what I payed for. I wish she would have honored the full 45 minutes when I paid for 45 minutes. I booked a 45 minute massage and I only received a massage for no more than 25 minutes, and I was disappointed. It was obvious she had another client come in and wanted to tend to him, but that is not fair to me... and I was ready to pay a good tip as well for her services. Someone in management should mention this to her so she can be an outstanding massage therapist by always honoring the full time that is booked....just like Coco and Yan who used to work there. They really valued their clients. If Linda can do the same, she would be outstanding!

Called to see if I could come she said yes close at 1030 great paid my money got a 10 min quickie plus I gave her tip she said she had an appt I said why didn't you tell me enjoy your money I won't come back thanks for all your previous good massages but this was wrong good luck to you.. you lost a customer

Quaint little place located in Seminole, Quality Massage has therapists that are very friendly, skilled and knowledgeable. I felt refreshed after my massage. The attention and consideration given to an old back injury was a welcomed relief to what is normally constant pain. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service, fist size holes in bottom sheet ,( I looked ) ,but you lay on top sheet , she only covers you with a towel.Which left me feeling too exposed to be comfortable. I told her she was using too much pressure she just giggled, she hardly spoke any English, hard to understand her. Charged me upfront for session and added 3 dollars from quoted price, assumed it was tax? I did not add tip on credit card (usually cash tip) Had to ask her to leave so I could dress, very uncomfortable. Then as soon as I dressed and went to waiting area,she demanded a tip, now I get why she was hanging around. I have never been asked for a tip! I told her I only had a twenty, could I have ten dollars back? She made it known she wasn't happy with giving me change back, but did give me a ten back.
Absolutely no stretching during or after massage. I left feeling more sore than when I went in.Not too mention being practicly forced to tip!Today I have a bruise on my back and am terribly sore! You hear the traffic from Seminole, she was wearing clunky boots that made noise every time she moved...definitely nothing relaxing about this place! Save your money and time and go anywhere but this place.

I came to visit family and my shoulders were tight from all the driving. The therapist did an amazing job! I’ve never had a massage as good as this, ever!! Very clean and professional. Highly recommend!

Just stop by for a massage today, felt amazing like a new body, love the atmosphere, so relaxing, clean massage table, coco such a great soul masseuse and very professional. Highly recommend, will definitely come again and again.

This place was honestly the scetchiest place I've ever been. I usually love the "hole in the wall" type of places because Normally they're little secret gems.

I am genuinely concerned for the safety and well-being of the massage therapist that I saw today. I am not sure that she is actually a massage therapist, but that is how she was presented to me, so further in this review that is what I refer to her as. However, based off of techniques that she used she did not seem like a licensed therapist and it didn't seem or sound like she gets paid for her job so I am unsure that she is registered as a legal employee or if she is even there willingly.

My detailed experience:
I'm visiting from out of town so I was excited to be seen the same day. Unfortunately, the only bad review on here suddenly started to become my reality. I paid with my credit card BEFORE my massage. ("I've never had to do that but, okay it's fine" I told myself.) Then there was no blanket, like the other review stated I only had a towel to cover myself and the massage therapist moved it only to cover my butt. The entire time I was very exposed compared to other experiences I've had. When I rolled over she had a sheet for me, other wise I would have not been comfortable rolling over and would have refused honestly. She left the room multiple times(one time she went into the closet and I could hear she was washing her hands before touching my face which I was appreciative of). Sadly, I was also cornered for a tip but stood my ground. I have PTSD from sexual assault and became very triggered when the massage therapist came back into the room before I was even off the table to get dressed. Sitting there in my underwear holding a thin sheet to cover myself I repeatedly said "I would like to get dressed now." She just repeatedly asked if I was going to pay my tip in cash or card and if it would be $20 (mind you I just paid $73 for my one hour massage and back home that typically includes the tip). When I told her I needed to leave and that I no longer felt comfortable she told me that I had only laid the boss and that I needed to pay her. I told her that I was sorry but that I needed to leave. Once she finally listened and left the room I threw on my clothes and practically ran outside to my car. It was a scary experience for me. Not enough privacy, and it's not their fault that you can hear the traffic so that didnt even bother me. I genuinely planned on returning the next time I was in town and tipping the woman from today but will never be back after my triggering experience. I don't think it is the woman's fault for harassing me, she genuinely seemed scared that she was going to be in trouble if I didn't pay and I feel bad for that, but I was triggered and needed to leave for my well-being and mental health. I truly believe this place needs to be investigated, definitively seemed like there may be some illegal activity going on especially if employees are not being paid.

I do not suggest this place to anyone, and I do not plan on returning.
