Booked a last minute spa day while we were visiting the area. Canmore is our favorite place to visit and visiting this spa was icing on the cake. Theresa who did my pedicure was amazing. Did incredible nail care and gave me a beautiful foot and hand massage. Her polish application is perfect. Jessica gave me a facial later in the afternoon and I didn't want to leave. I cannot wait to visit this spa again someday! My sister who got a pedicure with me really enjoyed hers as well and said that Jessica did an amazing job on her brow wax and tint. Thank you everyone for your effort today!

Treated myself to a head to toe spa package on Monday. It's definitely a nice place but overpriced for what you get. The massage was great with perfect pressure and would recommend her (can't remember her name unfortunately). Overall, I left very relaxed but very disappointed. The facial was relaxing but I precisely ask to get extractions and I left with my skin looking the same and extraction lasted 30sec to 1min max! Face massage wasn't great either I just felt like products were put over and over my face. There was also no discussion about my skin after all which you usually get after a facial, such as product recommendation, type of skin, etc. I was very excited about the reflexology but was very disappointed. It felt very fast, not a 30min foot massage as promised. I felt like there was absolutely no knowledge of pressure point and it was more of a very soft quick massage. I also felt very much judged and looked down on when I parked my camper out front for my appointment, even though I almost paid $400 for the package.

Last year my son got married Sept 2023 and I went to Rupunzles for hair and makeup. Hair was well.done. Make up was horrible. They sub contract a makeup artist that was busy that day but they still penciled me in. One of the owners did my makeup. It was cringe worthy. Dark eyes orangish foundation bright lips. It was so bad I scrubbed it off at the hotel and went without. She did offer to not charge but I was so upset I paid as I was.hoping it was not as bad as I thought it was. At the hotel the while family was astonished mortified and found it laughable. So why post after a year? I had to warn others to confirm the actual artist is there. 2 more couples I know have had their weddings micro style in Calgary. Figured I would warn everyone and save the headache. Kate
