My boyfriend and I visited Relax Health and Spa during our holiday. It was such a great experience that we recommended it to all of our friends and they all visited the next day for a massage. They also loved it! It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had and I felt feeling extremely relaxed. The staff are extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. After our full body massage they let us use their pool, and gave us a lovely free drink. Highly recommend!

I dont like doing this but its necessary

I came in and booked specifically with Leti as i read google comments that she is really good. So i paid 1500 pesos for a 2hr session i told Leti very clearly i came in because of these 2 problem areas and its affecting me a lot and so please i need u to work on my 2 big problem areas, my right shoulder/neck and my right hip. As this is what is very important to me and the reason for the appt.

After the 2hr was up, i felt my body and said to her nothing feels different at all, im not happy becauae my 2 problem areas have not shifted in the slightest. After 2 hrs!!! She said it will feel better by tomorrow. It didnt feel any different. I felt very upset as 1500 pesos is a lot of money. I have been a masseuse for 14yrs, and if my clients are not happy with my job, i would make sure i reschedule them in the next few days and try different techniques and try harder to complete the job so the person that came to me, feels satisfied and feels different in their problem areas.

I am someone who would rise to the occassion of challenge because if someone complains to me, its clearly because they did not receive the help they needed, and its my job as a masseuse to use my years of experience to solve their problem. And turn them into a happy content costumer.

Well with Leti she just called me gross and rude when i said im not happy.

Massage business is suppoze to feel helpful... i just felt scammed of my 1500 pesos... i did not feel any different in my 2 problem areas... the areas that i came in for did not feel even a little bit different. Which is why i was so upset.

This is not a very caring business.

Leti does not care about ur wellbeing. She doesnt care or take responsibility that her clients are not happy. I think Leti needs to humble herself and if her techniques that she tried did not work, she should humble herself and try again.

Massage is about tuning into the body. Leti had 2hrs with me yet i dont feel she was able to connect to my problem areas even when i gave her very clear instructions.

My body responds best when ur touch is more deep, thats how my body releases, with deepness. She had 2 hrs and honestly it feels nothing different. If it felt a little bit better like there was progress i would not be complaining like this.

I feel disappointed because i dont give myself this gift of massage much because of finances and im time poor

And the massage i booked in because of the great google reviews... ended up being very so-so

And very disappointing...

I hope she changes her way of business because she is in the area of helping and healing... i told her i feel scammed as my body 3 days later still doesnt feel any different and i would really appreciate her trying again otherwise i would like my 1500 pesos back so i can try with another business

She pretty much laughed at me. Called me rude and gross.

I feel confused because Leti had such great google reviews which is why i picked her

and i hope that she was do the right thing because as someone in the healing/ massage world, she really should listen to the client and humble herself if she didnt do a good job and use that as an opportunity to improve her skillset . Also im happy to delete this comment/ google review if she is open to prioritizing to fix what she didnt do correctly the 1st time

The best massage we ever had ! I did a lymphatic massage, my friend did deep tissue! So professional and knowledgeable, besides obviously the magic hands ! We booked another session for next day - cupping neuro relaxation massage . The therapist comes with her own table to the place you are staying. Long sessions with no rush ! Highly recommend!!

My best friend and I had a lovely experience here. Getting a facial, body scrub and massage together. She gave my friend some great advice about longer term care for her skin. Massage was top 5 I've ever had. Highly recommend booking. Don't let the location put you off, it's on the hwy but once your inside stress melts away.

One of the best massages I have ever had! My husband and I received a couples massage by two therapists who were truly passionate and experienced in what they do. It’s been months since we were in Puerto Escondido, and we still reminisce on this massage and dream of getting one again!
It’s in the very centric spot, a little past Mercado Zicatela and right off the highway. Although the building is simple, it does not take away from the high quality of service you will be receiving. After explaining to them our own specific needs and pains (from travel and surfing etc.) they honed into those problem areas and provided us with the relief we needed. If I had stayed longer I would have made a massage therapy appointment once a week! If you’re looking for a massage in Puerto, this is the place to go 🤩

I really can recommend this place. The massage was just wonderful and helped me a lot to release all the stress from travelling in my neck and back. If you like deep & relaxing massages on the same time, than you should book 🙂
