I am a new customer and it was really great. I have been having massages for more than 20 years and get one every two weeks. The issue I have is that you can not book a massage with a specific person which is a huge issue for me. I would definitely go back every two weeks if I can me sure I will have the same person .

The building is old and it shows, but the inside is neat, clean, and quiet which is more important.
The rooms are kept at a comfortable temperature; which means no sweating or shivering as some places. Rooms are lit well to change but kept darker during the session - that helps me relax.
The woman I usually get does a great job. I'd like to get her every time. Twice I was assigned a fill-in and she was excellent.
My only complaint is a couple times I was brought to my room in time for my 11:00 am appointment but because the walk-in before me started at 10:15, she continued to work on him until 11:15. That's bad enough but then she had me done and dressed by 12:00. I do NOT like paying for 60 minutes and getting 40. And yes, I tip well.
I still love the place and continue to go as often as I can. But if that happens much more, I may have to change.
If you like the service, TIP WELL. I'm a therapist and know how hard the job is on their bodies; if done well, it's a tough job. --- UPDATE 2/2025- 1) Management later had my time made up for, after reading my review. 2) Since this review they've done a nice job updating the bathroom (fresh white washcloths instead of paper towels) and updated the linens. I've a new favorite therapist and wish I could go weekly and get her very time.

First time last Sunday, for hour and a half. Upper back issues which they were able to make much better. Not completely gone, but going back to see if I can get it the rest of the way. Very polite and friendly staff. Highly recommend for any issues you may be having. Have had many massages and this is probably the best one in the last few years.

This is by far my favorite place to get a massage at. The ladies are very friendly and make you feel so welcomed. Perfect room temperature and ambiance. The therapists always focus on any aches and soreness I may be experiencing. This is very helpful as I have a back and neck injuries. I always leave with a smile and feeling much better than I did when I walked in there. Oh, and the candy is always a nice touch.

I just had the best massage of my life here. My body feels like jello and all the soreness I felt going in have completely vanished. Anna has magic healing hands and she seems to know exactly what my body needed. Next time I start feeling back pain again I know where to go.

Happened to be in the area and had some shoulder pain so stopped by. I’m amazed this place has a 4.8 rating. It was by far the worst massage I’ve ever had, and I get a lot of them.

$80 for an hour, I wouldn’t pay $20 again. Every lady in here had a mask on, which probably explains her sneezing 5 times while massage me, + blowing her nose. Disgusting. Asked for hard pressure and pressure was 3/10.

Don’t go here unless you wanna leave disappointed.

Great great experiance i had here, took me in same day, anna was great on pressure it was one of the best massages ive had . I was very tense shoulder pain she focused on where i told her and i felt great leaving there. This place is a gem. I rec giving it a try.
