My first time at Texas Massage and Bodyworks was back in May. My appointment was with Alanna and she was nothing short of magical. I am two and a half years postpartum but am still experiencing numbness and tingling in my left arm, a side effect of a medical emergency during my pregnancy. After my time on the table with Alanna I had full feeling back in my hand for the first time in almost three years. And that relief lasted almost three months. I have been back to see her again and experienced the same relief.
Everyone I have encountered either at the desk, on the phone or just passing in the hallway has been extremely kind and helpful.
I especially like that you get the full time you are paying for your service.

I’ve been a customer of TMB for over a year and love it here! The girls at the front are so kind and personable. I’ve been to several therapists here and have never had a bad experience, however Lupita is my go-to! She gets all my knots out and is a great person too!

When I say I absolutely love this place I do mean it❤️I’ve been going here for a couple of years now and the massages are amazing and the staff is absolutely fantastic❤️If your like me and love a heavy handed massage therapist I highly recommend Alana and Lupita.Everytime I leave them I feel like butter.

Never again. I cancelled my membership after having a wonderful experience for over a year. It took a month for a response to a cancellation fee request. No one answered when I called to cancel and the voicemail was full so I emailed but was still charged. I was told I had to be in the office when the only person who could authorize that fee reversal would be there. But then they refused to tell me when that would be. That resulted in the run around, being yelled at and hung up on, no one answering when I called back 40 times. I emailed to resolve the fee and the poor customer service on 6/19/24. The owner said they call me 6/20/24. I emailed again on 6/26/24 requesting membership and upcoming appointment cancellation since there was still no response. See my email below. I hope I’m the last customer that gets treated this poorly by this company.
